What this policy covers

This policy describes how the Air360 CRM public site and customer portal (account.air360crm.com and related pages) collect and use information. It does not cover the separate application and database built for your business — that system has its own data handling agreed as part of your engagement.

Information we collect

• – Company information: company name, industry, size and registered details.
• – Onboarding requirements: the workflows, modules and configuration details you submit.
• – Uploaded documents: files you attach for onboarding, billing or support purposes.
• – Support and enhancement messages: content of tickets and requests you raise with us.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage your subscription, configure and deliver your system, communicate about your project, issue billing documents, and provide support. Processing is generally based on performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service; where required, we rely on your consent.

Your client system is separate

Each client's CRM, HRMS or ERP system is a separate application with its own dedicated database. The portal covered by this policy only holds subscription, onboarding, project, application-link, billing and support information — not your day-to-day operational records, which live in your own system.

Storage and retention

Uploaded documents are stored privately and are only accessible to your authorised users and the Air360 team involved in your account. We retain portal information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and support obligations.

Sharing information

We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers that help us operate the portal (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations, and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your portal information, subject to our ongoing contractual and legal obligations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
