How it works

Your project's journey, stage by stage

Every project moves through the same tracked stages, visible to you in the customer portal at all times.

  8. Active

    Active

    Your system is live.

Your system is live at its own application URL. You can now raise support and enhancement requests through the portal.

What onboarding asks for

The onboarding form captures your company details, users and roles, current workflows, data you need migrated, any existing systems, and specific requirements for the modules in your package.

Testing and sign-off

Before launch you get access to test your configured system. You confirm it matches your requirements or list changes, which Air360 addresses before moving to launch.

Support and enhancements

Once live, raise support tickets for anything not working as agreed, or submit enhancement requests for new features. Air360 classifies each as a defect or a chargeable change.
